D T A | DENIS TURCO ARCHITECT | INC. was launched by Denis Turco in 1995 with a commitment to excellent client service and thoughtful design. Since our inception, we have maintained that commitment as our office continues to operate as a collaborative studio.

Denis has over 30 years of experience in project design and development management. He moulds ideas into creative design solutions that are both functional and practical. Denis is also a leader in the areas of contract administration, viable alternative evaluation and Value Engineering (cost control). His ability to work with diverse groups and listen, gather data, then formulate viable options for continued refinement and consensus, are amongst his strongest traits. With his 'hands on' design and property development experience, knowledge of construction technology and his sterling reputation as a Design Professional, Denis brings a wide range of expertise and a practical methodology to the team.
